Care and Use

These conditions apply to garments rented from The EVE.

* The Client agrees to exercise proper care when using the garment.
* The Client agrees not to modify or alter the garment in any way.
* The Client agrees to return the garment in the same condition as it was received, excluding cleaning.

Liability in Case of Loss or Damage

* The Client is responsible for any damage occurring during use, including stains, tears, rips, or other changes to the original condition of the garment.

* Minor damage that can be repaired (such as light stains or minor fabric damage) may be subject to a repair fee, which will be deducted from the security deposit.

* If the garment is damaged beyond repair, the Client agrees to pay the full retail value of the dress within ten (10) days.

* In the event that the garment is lost, with or without the Client’s fault, the Client agrees to pay the full retail value of the dress within ten (10) days.

* Upon receiving the garment, the Client must inspect it and report any existing damage not mentioned in the contract within two (2) hours. Otherwise, the garment will be considered delivered in the condition stated in the contract.

Cancellation

* Cancellations made within 24 hours of rental confirmation will receive a full refund.

* If the cancellation is made after 24 hours, the Reservation Fee will be withheld in full.

* If a dress is reserved less than 24 hours before the event and the Client cancels after confirmation, 50% of the Reservation Fee will be withheld.

* No-Show / Non-Use Policy

In the event that the Client chooses not to wear or use the garment after collection, the booking shall still be considered fulfilled and no refund shall be issued.

Once a dress has been collected, it is deemed reserved and unavailable to other clients, regardless of whether it is ultimately worn.
