Prior to getting your dress, we will share and ask our customers to sign The EVE Contract which includes all Terms & Conditions of the rental.
Yes – if you return your dress after the agreed return date, we will keep your deposit amount. We strongly recommend all our lovely customers to return their dresses on time.
No – The EVE will take care for the professional cleaning of each dress.
You must return the dress in person at our showroom within 10:00am of the agreed return date. There are penalty fees for a late return. Please check our policy if you return late. We will also need to make a physical inspection of the dress for any damages upon return.
All our dresses require renters to pay a Reservation Fee upon the reservation is confirmed. The Reservation Fee is only required to hold your dress until the agreed rental date. This amount will be fully refunded once you pick up your dress. The EVE reserves the right to hold this amount if the reservation of the dress is canceled 24 hours from the confirmation of your rental.
⦁ For a dress less than 500€/day – Security Deposit is 200€.
⦁ For a dress equal to or more than 500€/day – Security Deposit is 300€.
⦁ For a dress less than 500€/day – Reservation Fee is 100€.
⦁ For a dress equal to or more than 500€/day – Reservation Fee is 200€.
Cancellations made within 24 hours from the confirmation of your rental, will be refunded in full. If cancelled after 24 hours, we will withhold your Reservation Fee in full. In cases when you reserve a dress 24 hours in advance, and you request to cancel your reservation after the confirmation of your rental, we will withhold only 50% of the Reservation Fee.
Once a dress has been reserved and collected, the booking is considered confirmed and payments are non-refundable.
The piece is held exclusively for you and remains unavailable to other clients during this time.
In exceptional cases, a partial credit may be offered for a future booking, at the discretion of The EVE.
We will ask all our customers to share a copy of their ID.
All our dresses require renters to pay a Security Deposit. This is a refundable charge to pay, separate from the rental fee. The Security Deposit is held for the total duration of the rental and is released once the item has been safely returned. The EVE reserves the right to hold this amount if damage, loss or other issue is reported.
⦁ In case of loss – we will require our customers to pay 100% of the value of the dress.
⦁ In case of damage – after a careful physical inspection of the dress, will keep you the deductible amount of the damage from the Deposit Amount.
Important – If the damage is permanent and not repairable, we will require our customers to pay 100% of the value of the dress.
The EVE Care is a protection insurance with no excess to your dress. Please check ” The EVE Care ” policy for more information
If possible, bring shoes or accessories similar to those you plan to wear for your event.

Yes.
Home delivery may be arranged in special cases.
However, we recommend picking up your dress at our showroom to ensure the perfect fit and final adjustments.
